I made these treats for my son’s “Doughnuts with Dad” party and everybody loved them. Since he is gluten-free and cannot have the store-bought goodies, I usually make such treats at home. This recipe is yeast free. The taste is pretty good and it is very easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 cups- Gluten-Free Oat Flour

1/4 cup- Rice Flour

1/4 cup- Agave or maple syrup

1/4 tsp –Stevia

1/4 cup- Raw Cacao Powder
-
1 1/4 tsp- Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt
-
1 tsp -Vanilla
-
1/2 cup- Dairy Free Milk

1/4 cup- Grapeseed Oil

3/4 tsp -Vinegar
RECIPE:

Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 C or Gas Mark 4.

In a bowl mix oat flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt and raw cacao. Mix

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.

Pour the batter into a decorating bag or Ziploc bag and cut off a corner.

Pipe the batter into a pre-greased doughnut pan.

Bake for 12-14 mins. Check after 12 minutes as the temperature of all ovens vary.

Let the Doughnuts cool off completely around 15 minutes before glazing.
