BLOAT….INDIGESTION….BURP
Doesn’t it sound familiar??
It was just supposed to be a slice of pizza or just a piece of cake or a small portion of Biryani or but then you got carried away.
The slice of pizza became 4 or 5 in the count…
The cake, merely 3 portions
and
the Biryani….well I am not sure since who was actually counting.
Right ??
Wrong……
Late night when your tummy starts to hurt in weird places and the burps don’t seem to go away, do you realize that you actually ate a lot. You know it’s not going to be a good day or for that matter the whole night. Trust me, we all have been there.
The best thing to do in such scenario is to give your tummy a rest and fill it with detoxifying liquid to get rid of the junk.
This very green juice has only three ingredients which help to detoxify your body.
SPINACH, KIWI AND PINEAPPLE.
Kiwi & Pineapple both contain a fruit enzyme which is only found in these fruits and it aids in digestion. Spinach adds the necessary fiber needed to move the junk out of your body.
I usually add a small slice of ginger and a few leaves of Mint, both with excellent digestional properties but some people find the addition of these makes the drink too spicy. So I will leave it upto you if you want to add them or not.
Also if you find the juice to be too bland which I highly doubt thanks to the Pineapple, you can add a teaspoon of sweetener of your choice.
This particular juice also doubles as an aid in losing Belly Fat and is excellent in your weight loss journey.
