I came across Tapal Danedar 3 in 1 Instant Tea while browsing my local international grocery market. This is the first time I saw a Pakistani Tea brand instant tea mix so I knew I had to try it.
Anyone who knows me knows my love for tea and coffee.
Whenever we travel, it’s a must to pack tea bags of our favorite teas with us. Life is boring without tea with chai being my favorite.
What is Chai?
Simply put, it’s a combination of rich black tea, some kind of milk, a combination of various spices and/or sweetener.
Since I love Elaichi flavor the most, I tried that one.
Directions are simple.
Empty the contents in a cup. Add 150 ml of hot water. Enjoy
Bear it in mind there is sugar already added to the mix so if you like unsweetened chai, then this mix is not for you.
These instant packs are ideal for taking along on a vacation, camping, for work or simply enjoying at home when you are having a lazy day as it already has everything mixed in. All you have to do is add hot water.
As far the flavor goes I won’t give Tapal Danedar Instant Tea a 5 out of 5 rather a 3.5 and that is only because my taste buds know what authentic Pakistani chai tastes like. For someone who has never had a doodh patti won’t be able to tell the difference and might end up loving it and give it a full 5.
