With my current routine its hard to cook everyday.\u00a0\u00a0As a result my family was being heavily dependent on take out.\u00a0Not only was it becoming expensive but also eating processed food was having a negative effect on our bodies. I needed to come up with a game plan.<\/h4>\n

“Weekly Cooking”<\/h4>\n

Once I knew it was the only practical solution I had to come up with recipes which I could cook in advance and which will not loose the flavor over the week. Also the recipes had to be healthy.<\/h4>\n

Now I only cook once a week. Usually Friday or Saturday is the grocery day and Saturday\/ Sunday is the cooking day. It takes me usually 4-5 hours from start to finish. Lots of prepping, cutting and cooking\/baking for 1 day but a whole week of fresh, healthy food.<\/h4>\n
