Sheer Khorma or Sheer Khurma is a popular dessert usually made on Eid day in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and other Asian countries. There are some desserts which are specially made for Eid and this is one of them.<\/h4>\n

Sheer Khurma literally translates to “Milk with Dates”. In this recipe usually, dried dates (chuwara\/chuara) are used. It is served at almost every home after Eid Prayers but is eaten throughout the day.<\/h4>\n

The main ingredients are loads of milk, vermicelli (sevian), dried fruits and nuts and sugar.<\/h4>\n
