For starters, Karahi is the name of the pan used to cook this dish. If you are making chicken, it will be called Chicken Karahi……if goat, it will be goat karahi and so on.<\/h4>\n

The original karahi pan is round and heavy with a slightly flat base.<\/h4>\n

Last year when my mom was visiting, she made this quick and easy boneless Chicken Karahi. What a flavorful time saver!<\/h4>\n

I have never made it this way and found it ultra-easy and quick. If you want to make it the traditional way, you can do so using this recipe<\/a>.<\/h4>\n

Karahi is usually made without onion, but I like the addition of a small onion as it makes a gravy rich and oh so yummy.<\/h4>\n
